Transformational Therapy
Individual therapy is a commitment to yourself, to uncover and discover sides of your personality even those most difficult to face. Within the therapeutic container, there is an opportunity to form new insights into the complexities of who are as well as learn about how to form relational patterns that work best for you. In therapy, my approach is focused on transformation, and though sometimes the transformational process may be challenging, there is immense beauty in letting go of what no longer serves you and holds you back from excelling forward.

Perhaps working with me as a coach would be better suited. Should you like to explore this option, there is often more flexibility in scheduling as well as a different approach towards your healing journey.
Please note, that the coaching path means you would not be working with me under my license as a therapist and I have a different set of policies and agreements. Coaching is also not reimbursable by insurance, though I do offer different pricing options and I would be happy to discuss them with you.
